Yesterday, the top 5 nominees were present for their pitch to the jury for the CSU Smart Solution of the Year 🏆🚀. MOBILANE, TRIBOO EU, BakkerElkhuizen, BCI Building & Healthy Fridge.

During TRIBOO's pitch, the judges were asked to do the #greengridz test. Two seemingly identical white desk tops of 1600x800x38mm had to be lifted. One top made of solid chipboard the other made of the innovative lightweight #greengridz furniture construction panel. Based on the weight, each juror had to indicate which of the two tops was made of #greengridz.

After Diane Van Dijk-Loois, Geerke Versteeg, Albert-Jan Cosijn, Maurits Groen, Gerda Stelpstra, Wietse Walinga lifted the tabletops, the jury was unanimous in its verdict and scored 100% right! All the judges could tell without a doubt by the weight which of the two identical sheets was the #greengridz sheet.

The difference in weight and therefore material is significant. The solid desktop made of chipboard weighs about 49 kilograms and #greengridz only 8 kilograms. A difference of a total of 41 kilos of material and you feel it.
