WASTE SEPARATION STATION NOTRASH SYMBOL FOR THE WASTE-FREE SOCIETY AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY!

The NOTRASH is a 100% circular waste separation station upcycled from plastic "waste". With this modular system you can easily separate your raw materials so that they can be reused in our society. The modules ensure that everyone can start and contribute. As more flows are separated, modules can simply be added. In this way, you can separate paper and cardboard, plastic, organic waste, residual waste and paper cups.

Production engineering

CNC

Computer Numerical Control or CNC for short refers to the process of removing material with high-speed precision machines that use a wide range of cutting tools. These machines are used to process materials such as wood, plastics, stone, composites and metal to make circular office furniture.

Handmade

Made by hand in the Netherlands. Innovative craftsmanship resting on years of experience and love for making furniture. With passion for the most sustainable and circular materials, raw materials are extracted from waste streams and shaped into high-profile interiors. Professional craftsmen skilled in working with wood, metal, plastic and textiles.

Presses

With the press, waste plastics and natural fibres are turned under high pressure and heat into sheets that are used to make circular furniture. The raw materials harvested from the plastic waste are old children's toys, soap bottles, CD cases, crates, lamps, garden furniture and household appliances. The natural fibres are extracted from old milk cartons, hemp, coffee grounds, old clothes, wood chips, paper and cardboard.

Injection moulding

With injection moulding, plastic recyclate that is supplied as granulate is melted into a viscous mass and injected under high pressure into a mould whose cavity is the shape of the desired product. By cooling, the plastic solidifies and the desired product is obtained.

What started with viewing a 3D printed tulip vase and then driven by commitment and enthusiasm, many more circular solutions turned out to be possible, which were eventually realized in the building. TRIBOO gave "working together on housing" a much broader dimension and a story to go with it.

Pieter and Peter find it very interesting and fun to work with TRIBOO. They deliver products that are completely in line with our circular objectives. They take us along in the development and knowledge of materials, binding techniques and modular constructions made on Dutch soil. They simply show us what it is made of and that appeals. They also help us tell "the circular story".

Massaro: 'We chose this furniture because it is made of worthless waste that would otherwise have made a negative impact on our planet. Now the waste has become cool and fun furniture. All those thousands of employees and visitors who will be using the rooms will see the story, read it, and may be inspired to do the same'.
